Each shadow diagram project requires conversion from 2D CAD / Drafted documents to a 3D model. This item is the only component that varies depending upon type of design and detail. Three broad categories have been shown for comparision.

TIME:
Typically we produce your shadows within a few days to 1 week of order.
During periods of high demand this may not be possible and we will notify you of the timeframe during quoting.
URGENT Deadlines requiring NEXT DAY turnaround are possible but attract a 25% surcharge.
WORKFLOW: We provide shadow diagrams and sun studies and solar access studies in many various applications and purposes, however we generally follow the below workflow schematic. If this does not suit your requirements, please email your requirements and we will do our best to assist you.
STAGE 1 - SEND WORK TO US
You email your drawings as either a CAD file or a scanned jpeg of your manual plans. You can post manual plans to us if you prefer. You tell us what you require or what issues you have and we can provide recommendations to best solve your concerns. Please refer to our requirements here.
STAGE 2 - WE QUOTE TIME AND COST
You receive a PDF file with details of work required, delivery time, costs and other details. We ask that you approve this file by signing and faxing to us or reply email. We can negotiate with you and fine tune your requirements at this stage - including optional items that may be required if overshadowing occurs etc. ie If PLAN shows overshadowing to neighbour then produce a Elevation shadow for that area.
STAGE 3 - WORK AND INVOICE
We prepare the shadow diagrams as requested and deliver BEFORE the required time. You receive a PDF file in A3 format. It is the final version of the shadow diagrams and is WATERMARKED until payment received. A Invoice is sumitted with payment details on it.
STAGE 4 - PLEASE PAY
Payment is issued by you and we resend the final Shadow Diagrams with no WATERMARKS.
